Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of August 26, 2026

BARNSTABLE — The Zoning Board of Appeals continued four appeals to Oct. 14, 2026, after it lacked a quorum. Only three members were present: Manny Alves, Deborah Dworkis and Jacob Dewey, who presided. Each roll call was 3-0.

The delayed cases were WKC Realty/Copelman's special permit at 230 Gosnell Street, Jennifer A. Crowley's plan for a modular home at 52 Fifth Ave., Matthew Garthy's variance request at 123 Old Post Road, and Centerline Communications' AT&T antenna variance at 1118 Mary Dunn Road. The board accepted the Cape Cod Commission's withdrawal, without prejudice, of its Finney's Lane variance modification. Dewey said meetings will be "100% Zoom for the foreseeable future" because of the Town Hall elevator replacement.
