BARNSTABLE — Zoning Board of Appeals continued 16 CR Southwind appeals to Oct. 28 after the applicant's attorney asked for a full board. Attorney John Kenney said the case involves "one special permit and 15 variances," including a lot coverage increase from 62 percent to 64.20 percent at Southwind Plaza and relief for 1,084 parking spaces where 1,105 are required. Each continuance passed on a 4-0 roll call.

The board also moved the Premier Capital appeal over 210 North Street to Nov. 18, 3-0, after attorneys flagged an Oct. 28 Land Court trial. A member who gave his name as Herbert Bonzeeke announced his resignation after 12 years, saying he had sold his house and was no longer a town resident.
